Delivery Lead Time: Within the U.S.
- Ground: 3 to 5 business days
- 2nd Day: Two business days
- Next Day: One business day
- All of the lead times listed above are for delivery (The actual travel time).
- We normally use either USPS or UPS service if within the U.S. For further information or any other shipping method you prefer, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Shipping times are subject to change due to order quantity or preference of shipping method.
- Please fill in the correct address and phone number in your order form.
- Voice Caddie does not provide gift-wrapping services. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Voice Caddie cannot guarantee the delivery date for your package.
- Delivery insures the package that is being delivered. If the product is damaged while shipping, please contact your local post office or Voice Caddie.

- For security reasons, Voice Caddie cannot ship outside of North and South America. All other customers must contact one of our global resellers.
Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened items are nonrefundable.

to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once a RMA number has been assigned, send us your item with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.
