One Year Limited Warranty
Voice Caddie warrants hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
If a defect exists, Voice Caddie will(1) repair the product
(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or like-new and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product
(3) refund the purchase price of the product. Voice Caddie shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the customer returns the defective product to Voice Caddie

I’ve been using the T11 Pro for a while now and it's honestly made a noticeable difference in how I play. The GPS yardages are accurate all over the course, front/center/back plus hazards, so I'm never second guessing a number before I pull a club. That alone takes so much of the guesswork out of a round. What really sets it apart though is the extra stuff most GPS watches don't do. The scoring feature is simple to use and I actually keep up with it now instead of losing track by hole 12. Tempo tracking has been a nice bonus too, it's given me a better feel for consistency in my swing without needing to break out a separate device. And the club tracking is genuinely useful for seeing patterns in what I'm hitting and how far, which has helped me trust my numbers instead of guessing on the tee. Overall it's let me focus way more on execution and way less on math and uncertainty out there. Solid pickup for anyone who wants real course management tools on their wrist instead of just a glorified distance finder.

I love the watch and everything the app can do. My only dislike is the app does not allow you to only play a 9 hole round. If you only play 9 holes it automatically pars every hole on the back nine which throws all the averages off.

As others have shared, the watch takes some getting used to (I still haven't found the right setting for playing 9 holes only) especially if you are switching from a Garmin. But as you get used to it you see the obvious benefits. The screen is vivid and the course and green views are very accurate. Easy to navigate from the get go when using the basics. An excellent value and their customer service was extremely responsive when I reached out for a small shipping issue. Very pleased with my purchase.
Short and to the point, my VoiceCaddie T-11Pro golf watch is outstanding. I upgraded from a T-9 to the T-11 to take advantage of the added features — like club selection recommendations, wind direction depiction, active green view capability, etc. The T-11 does not disappoint; it’s easy to navigate; its screen display is vivid (MUCH improved over the T-9) — and the screen brightness is adjustable. Battery life seems much improved over the T-9 as well. Super glad I upgraded.

Display brightness is excellent. Love the feature of getting distances to bunkers by just tapping the bunker on the display. Keeping score was flawless. The watch has a ton of features that I still need to learn but so far it is a huge upgrade from my Garmin S60.
