Shipping Cut-Off Times:

Refund/Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Requesting an RMA: Email us at rma@voicecaddie.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package.

Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
- Refunds or exchanges are available only for items purchased directly from Voice Caddie. For products purchased from other retailers, please refer to their return/exchange policies.
Initiating an Exchange:
- Contact our support team at support@voicecaddie.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive the returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
- We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been completed and the replacement item has been shipped.

One Year Limited Warranty
Voice Caddie warrants hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
If a defect exists, Voice Caddie will(1) repair the product
(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or like-new and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product
(3) refund the purchase price of the product. Voice Caddie shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the customer returns the defective product to Voice Caddie
This warranty does not apply :
(1) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Voice Caddie products
(2) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a Voice Caddie Authorized Service Provider
(3) to a product or part that has been modified without the written permission of Voice Caddie.

Better than expected. I highly recommend
I'm very satisfied with the VC T11 Pro. So far it's the best golf watch I ever owned. I've used a Garmin Approach S60 for the last five years and was happy with it's performance. Recently, it started not holding enough charge to finish a slow round. I reviewed all the golf watches under $800 and decided on the T11 Pro. A major advantage is it provides all the green reading functions without the need to buy a subscription. The watch is also very easy to use.

Perfect! Accurate and easy to read even for me with my lousy close up vision. Pretty much tracks with my Bushnell laser and really easy to use. Big upgrade.
This is by far the best GPS golf watch I ever have owned. The display is bright ,colorful and full of all the needed yardage. The putting features are awesome,the breaks and contour of the green helps my putting immensely. All functions work well.Takes a little more time to get used to how putting function works. Move over Garmin,never going back. Price beats anything on market.

Extremely easy to use and much better than using a handheld range finder. Identifying yardages to hazards with a simple tap of the screen was very helpful. Still working with the green functionality but what I’ve used so far works well and has been helpful with my putting. Connecting the watch to my phone with the Voice Caddie app is great with wind speed and direction along with tracking all of my shots. Nice feature when reviewing my round at a later time. There are many more additional features that I have not used yet but plan to in the near future. I would highly recommend this watch.

Was looking for a watch that kept track of my steps and had a slope feature and this is the best deal I could find. The watch performs better than I could have imagined. The oled screen is very nice and every feature needed!
