One Year Limited Warranty
Voice Caddie warrants hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
If a defect exists, Voice Caddie will(1) repair the product
(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or like-new and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product
(3) refund the purchase price of the product. Voice Caddie shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the customer returns the defective product to Voice Caddie
This warranty does not apply :
(1) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Voice Caddie products
(2) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a Voice Caddie Authorized Service Provider

How to use the Putt View

Purchased the T11 Pro refurbished "like new". To be honest, it could have passed as brand new. It was in excellent condition. Used it now for 5 rounds. It's hands down, the best golf GPS watch I've ever used. Way more features and GPS lock, course ID is much faster than my last. Highly recommend!
Watch is fantastic. Great battery life and does exactly what it says it will. The screen is bright and can be seen easily in sunlight. Takes a bit to learn the functionality, but it is pretty intuitive. It is light and very comfortable to wear all day every day.
It helps with golf and I like it the most among the watches.

I tried to of the previous modes, but only the Pro version had the OLED screen I needed to be able to see the screen well in the California sun. Quite happy with this display and the battery life is good as well.

As described, paper manual would be better, and charging cable should be included, had watch 3 weeks and had to do update so I had to order a special cable and borrow a friend’s laptop
I have an injured ankle. So, I haven't played a round of golf with it. So, I am still learning it, mostly riding holes at my club and checking yardage from various spots. I also used it at The US Open to determine lengths of drives and yardage remaining to the green.
This is the best Golf GPS watch I have ever own, easy to operate and the battery lasts a few rounds!
My home course has been changed for a lil while now but it still doesn't have the course changes on the watch. I think on hole 15 of Eagle Point golf course, that's where the changed the course and it won't update
Touch screen sometimes unresponsive; detail green view sometimes not showing; response slow on orientation while on green, gps good, shot tracking and club input is hit and miss; which club selection can input/change when correcting score
The T11 Pro GPS watch is a good GPS watch which has many very good features. I am still learning how to use the watch, that being stated, some features that are not good and need improvement. Areas of improvement. 1. Golf Scoring is not good compared to other GPS watches that I owed. a. The watch has skipped scoring some holes. This usually happens when my ball is close to the tee box of the following hole. b. I cannot access the score card on the watch for the previous hole so my score cannot be correct which makes the scoring not effective. I have to go into the app after the round and correct the score. I have added a second GPS watch (18 Birdies) on my apple watch to keep score. 2. Score Card for 9 holes is not accurate. The holes not played cannot be removed or adjusted. a. I play 9 holes quite often. The watch and the app do not allow me to remove the 9 holes. b. to correct this issue is it possible to add a zero to shot section of the score card? This would eliminate the hole from the round. The watch could then also be used if I only play a few holes at the end of the day. 3. Auto Shot Tracking a. Is not always accurate on the app map. It seems to miss shots when I miss hit the ball, if the ball only goes a few yards, it is not counted as a shot. Overall I think the T11 Pro is OK. I am still learning how to use the watch and how to maximize it fully. Great Features of the watch. 1. Graphics are excellent. I can see the watch clearly in various weather conditions. 2. GPS Functions - such as the distances from course view, hazards and greens. 3. Tempo Practice Overall I think the T11 Pro is OK. I am still learning how to use the watch and how to maximize it fully. Voice Caddie. It appears that the put alignment is always wrong. Putt uphill? It's a down hill putt. Putt left? yea...nope it's right. Putt downhill? No way; that's uphill. It's not that the pin needs to be moved; it's just directionally wrong.
I would love it more if battery last a little longer and if it had more things to do with watch like text and call.But for golf usage is superb 👌
I really like it and the graphics & color are great! I’ve used it twice and both times I couldn’t get it to work after I finished the 10th hole. Battery life is mediocre. Sometimes doesn't automatically recognize that I'm on the putting green. Did not come with charging dock originally, but one was sent at a later date. So far, just an ok experience.
My home course is not updated. ( Along with another course I played. Called and spoke to someone from Voice Caddie. He stated that it will be brought up to the development team. Been more than couple weeks. Still no update.
Not as good as I thought it be, wind is not accurate and yardage is not accurate
Doesn't record all shots. GPS works fine. Face brightness is excellent.
Doesn’t include the course I bought it to play on, I submitted a request to have the course added and it was never added. So it’s unusable to me because if it doesn’t have my home course I can’t get comfortable using it before going to courses on vacation and using it.
